Entrance to this event is based at The Riverside Gardens at the bottom of the car park.
Smoking or vaping / e-cigarettes are not permitted on the trail or within any of the buildings, tents or igloos.
This is an outdoor event, please wear suitable clothing for the elements. Also please note that some of our pathways are slippery in the rain and icy weather
Dogs are not allowed on the trail unless they are a guide dog.
Please arrive with your booking confirmation.
The river Salwarpe runs through the gardens. Families must stick to the path throughout and small children must be watched by an adult at all times.
There are no toilets within the trail itself (please use the toilets by the ticket office prior to entering).
The route should take around 45 minutes to an hour to complete. Please allow additional time for catering before or after your event booking.
Food and drink is available from the tipis, there is seating inside.
We also have Private Dining available in our Hygges, it is essential to pre-book on our events page.
Please note only cards or mobile transactions are accepted at Enchanted catering venues (no cash). The tipis will close an hour after the last session starts.
The path is gravel and undulating in some places and may be difficult for the less mobile or those in wheelchairs. Please call us on 01527 860000 to discuss your individual requirements.
Terms & Conditions
If you need to transfer your tickets, the first transfer is FREE. Any subsequent transfers will cost £3.50 total and must be done a minimum of 48hrs before the start time of the event booked. The final decision is at the discretion of Webbs management. A refund request made after this time will not be processed. Any ticket refunds that are permitted will be processed within 7 working days.
In the event of bad weather, we will endeavour to make the decision on whether to cancel by 2 pm latest. Customers will be informed of our decision by email. Tickets will be transferred to an alternative date or refunded. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund.
Transferring tickets can be done at home logging into ‘My Account’ at webbsevents.co.uk. In the unlikely event that you experience a problem please call 01527 860000.
